How long has it been since I’ve felt awake?
On this wide plain
Stretched so far for you
There is only now
Only…
Only…
Now is here
Dance with me
I am this second now
Surround
Memory’s wiped
how long has it been since I’ve felt alive?
how long has it been since I’ve walked any distance
by myself?
Or created this by myself?
yeah…
Recognize who the people are who take you there
Who elevate around you
Recognize perception
Fight!
You are the moment now
Surround
Now, here
Dance with me
You are the moment now
Look away from below
Let it surround your soul!
You are the moment now
You are here
(here…)
(now, it’s all now…)

All We Have to Give
05:13
|
|||
In an age of forgiveness
we're afraid to exist
we hide the hands that shape our lives
Show them to me!
This gift of love
is all we have to give
so why do we spend our days
waiting for someone else to give?
Give!
Give!
Everyday
We wake up astray
Chased out the door
by what they say
What's in the head
is tangled and stubborn
Take a handful
and rip out the mess!
Exactly what they like to eat...
Feed it to the mass!
Feed it to the mass!
When did we start to regurgitate?
When did love size down
while the populous sized up?
When do we end this age of correction?
This gift of love
is all we have to give
so why would we spend our days
waiting for someone else to give?
This gift of love
is all we have to give
so why would we spend our days
waiting for someone else to give it...
Give it...
Give it 'til its gone!
Give it...
Give it up
Give it up

The Fall
04:47
|
|||
Still falling…
Waking up in the same grand dive
I feel the air rush passed
Still escaping from insanity
I hope I lose their trail
I’m falling so fast through light beams
and a fire starts to burn
dust particles cut my skin
scraping off excess weight
Now I’m reaching mach speed
in a skydive through time
I’m nearly out of reach
from the demons I am beneath
I’m falling so fast through light beams
and a fire starts to burn
dust particles cut my skin
scraping off excess weight
Now I’m reaching mach speed
in a skydive through time
I’m nearly out of reach
But, then slowing down…
(Everything catches back up to you.)
Maybe it’s not that we’re falling
it’s that we’re letting go of the hanging past
Escaping with gravity
as our one true ally
How content some have grown to fall without speed!
They’re floating down
consuming clouds until they’re filled up
Too close to the chain-link
Their inability binds them
leaving them docile
in a place where beasts feed
When will they learn
to protect themselves
When will they discern anxiety from the fall?
I’m falling so fast through light beams
and a fire starts to burn
dust particles cut my skin
scraping off excess weight
Now I’m reaching mach speed
in a skydive through time
I’m nearly out of reach
from the demons I am beneath
I’m falling so fast through light beams
and a fire starts to burn
dust particles cut my skin
scraping off excess weight
Now I’m reaching mach speed
in a skydive through time
I’m nearly out of reach
from the demons I am beneath
I’m falling so fast through light beams
and a fire starts to burn
I’m falling so fast through light beams
and a fire starts to burn
I’m falling so fast through light beams
in a skydive through time
I’m never slowing down
I’m still falling

Inner Workings
04:46
|
|||
I've been lost beneath old inner workings,
pulling strings that snap with the dust to be swallowed,
and when I find the source it shows the gears have failed to keep spinning,
something I thought would run until after I was leaving
I'll tell you why I've been so damn intent on this selfish digging,
a piece of me is missing the part that laughed the boy I was living
Float on frisson
for too long
and the world becomes
much too numb,
much too numb...
There's a child in the steam
with aspiration to fix this abandoned machine.
He's crawling away, hiding from what he thinks is the lunatic mechanic.
He's lost like him, up against the walls, waiting for someone to feed him.
He's lost in this dream, so the mechanic gives him something in exchange for a lead.
The child shows him that these workings are much grander than they seem.
How long have I not known what goes on below?
How long have I not known how many levels there are?
As the coin falls,
I can hear the echo on each rail
A shadow at the bottom picks it up
and begins the ascent
Levitating up
Float on frisson
for too long
Float on frisson
for too long
Float on frisson
and the world you create
becomes
much too numb,
much too numb...
I need to feel!
A shadow at the bottom picks it up
and begins the ascent
Levitating up

Quantized Memory
04:11
|
|||
Forging signatures
yet you feel complete
the result of a Quantized Memory
Forging symmetries
feeding the false resonation
results in a Quantized Memory
Stone cold
it's frozen in time
that memory
solid, locked in place
the same every-time
We tried emulation,
but failed in fake creation
resulting questions unanswered
lingering flame left to burn through the books that we wrote,
littered in code
we could only understand then
Youth was forlorn,
but we could move so easily,
but still in disarray
so I came back to relive the scene
to revive that soul
again and again I watched myself destroy what could have been
and instead of sin, something else was born
I was torn from life
Forging signatures
yet you feel complete
the result of a Quantized Memory
Forging symmetries
feeding the false resonation
results in a Quantized Memory

After failed exploration
I'm back again,
but I've grown so accustomed to starving
their food I cannot taste
And they pretend I am of kin once more
who am I to refuse their one demand
to raise their flag
again...
They ask me to give it off,
but my body is frail
(so frail...)
And I can't walk those crates today
And I can't walk those crates today
They ask me to give it off,
but my body is frail
It's been so long since the last impact
they ask me to give it off...
So I'll give if off!
Tear off a bone
and give it so the fire won't die
Tear off a bone
and give it so the fire survives
Tear off a bone
and give it so the fire won't die
Its seems I've been here before
desperation can lead anyone to those broken grounds
once again
Through winds allowing gaps
I'm planting their flag as fast as I can
In time's allowing gaps
I'll throw out their flag and plant mine in it's stead
Through winds allowing gaps
I'm planting their flag as fast as I can
In time's allowing gaps
I'll throw out their flag and plant mine in it's stead
Tear off a bone
(I'm sorry...)
and give it so the fire won't die
Tear off a bone
(I'm sorry!)
and give it so the fire survives
Tear off a bone
(This is for us!)
and give it so the fire won't die
Tear off a bone
(I'm sorry!)
and give it so the fire won't die
I'm sorry...

Constellations connect unconsciously
the lines are perfect to what makes sense
accidental web of intelligence
imagery only the brain could engrave
and it goes so far...
so long!
Forever!
Forever?
You don't have to try
to catch stars in the sky
they wash at your feet
soaking into your flesh
they purify
they point into your pain
don't let them out
let the starlight bleed out of you!
You don't have to try
to catch stars in the sky
they wash at your feet
soaking into your flesh
they purify
they point into your pain
don't let them out
let the starlight bleed out of you!
Oh...
Yeah...
Constellations connect unconsciously
Constellations connect unconsciously
Some abuse their stars
as diabolical faith unto themselves
they've put them in hidden places
to reap inside
for us not to find
Expose for us all to see
don't hide away
we implore you
to show us your core

High in the tower
he's there in an eternal form
we stay in our chambers
awaiting anointment
Step into my stagnant air
repulsive only to the unconfirmed
I'll give you my kaleidoscope
can't you see what I see when it turns violently?
You brand my madness
You brand my madness
I keep them here
locked in their cells
free from clarity
all looking in my kaleidoscopes
trying to find gold that doesn't even come close
I create improbabilities
and sell them to feel sufficient
all of the mislead eventually end up here
in my cells!
To brand my madness
To brand my madness
My lullaby
to nullify
Keep children here
Don't wake them
Don't wake from this dream
Don't ever leave
Don't give them clues
on how to stop dreams
Guilty so guilty,
Imperfect and filthy,
Luscious freedom for my mind
until the kaleidoscope stops spinning
NO
The cells fade away
the jailed will jail the jailor
The slaves will overcome their terrible master
And the wind will blow over
exiting madness to cause chaos
and the tower falls to the ground!
Bury the pages under the watchtower
until the next century
Bury the pages under the watchtower
until the next century
Finds them
Find them
Finds them
Find them!

More Than I
06:25

Here I lay
A dying man
With nothing to say
and nothing said
This day I await
lying on the deathbed
God, can I take it all back?
God?
GOD!
I admit
what I did say was wrong
unheard
was every word I refused over mine
It's these impulses of control
illusions that try to distort my soul!
On the day I die
I'll rise up from the deathbed
and on the day I die
I'll leave these white rooms in my new wake
But,
The sun still blinds
my aged out eyes
Watching over me
Virgin to it's rays
in an uncountable amount of ways,
but now i see through obsessive staring
we are not of these wrinkles
We are not even of the mind
But, at least why couldn't I leave one miracle behind?
Is it my fault?
Memory of family
supporting them
distorting them
Ploying
Playing
my security is not sacred to me any longer
(My security...
My life... )
On the day I die
I'll kneel before my new god
As the sun is dipping
the red horizon counts down to the end
On the day I die...
